Tarragon Chicken

One of our favourite French bistro meals, chicken thigh pieces are cooked in a delicate creamy sauce, subtly flavoured with tarragon. Perfect for a light dinner or lunch. Two thighs per person. Serve with rice and vegetables or green salad.

Ingredients: Chicken, white wine, chicken stock, dried tarragon, nutmeg, corn maize, cream, Dijon mustard.
