Morrocan Lamb Tagine

Our Moroccan Lamb is a wonderfully aromatic slow cooked dish, mildly hot with our house-made north African ras-el-hanout spice blend. We use lamb shoulder which means it’s mouth-wateringly tender. Serve with couscous and vegetables.

Ingredients: Lamb, onion, garlic, chilli, star anise, cinnamon, carrot, bayleaf, thyme, oregano, lemon, beef stock, cumin, coriander, cloves, turmeric, cardamom, ras-el-hanout, dried prunes and/or apricots, flour.
