Coq au Vin

An absolute French bistro classic and one of our favourites. Chicken thigh pieces are slowcooked in red wine, bacon and mushrooms. Two chicken pieces per person. Serve with mash, pasta or rice and green beans or salad.

Ingredients: Onion, carrot, celery, bay, thyme, chicken thighs, oregano, beef stock, chicken stock, red wine, baby onions, bacon, mushrooms, maize, salt, pepper, tomato paste.
