Boston Chowder

A classic New England chowder, made using La Cigale housemade fish stock. This richly delicious winter warmer is a meal in itself, thick with mussels, clams and veges – serve with your favourite crusty bread.

Ingredients: Onion, celery, carrot, thyme, Pernod, fishstock (with wine, onion), mussel meat, white fish, clam/cockle meat, flour, butter, cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice.
